Answer: No. Purple Rain Mobile Notary is an agency that recruits and matches bonded and insured Notary Publics to meet your notary needs at a specific time, location, and documents.
Where do you provide Notary Services?
Answer: We can meet you in your home or at mutually agreed public safe locations, such as local coffee shops, libraries, nursing homes, hospitals, and convalescent centers.
Can a notary give legal advice or draft legal documents?
Answer: No. A mobile notary public is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice.
What is a notary public?
Notary publics, also called loan signing agents or loan signing notaries, are those who can administer oaths or witness signatures on legal documents.
What are the forms of payment acceptable payment?
We accept various payments for your notarization needs, such as cash, major credit cards, and invoice from big companies and escrows.
Are there documents a notary public cannot notarize?
If a document is recorded with a government agency such as a Secretary of State’s office, a County Clerk, or a court, you should obtain certified copies from that agency.
What are acceptable forms of identification?
